On Monday July 4, 2016, Phra Thanawut Tissaro from Japanese Meditation Center, Japan traveled to teach meditation at the Knowledge Exchange Center of Shiojiri city, Nagano Prefecture.
On 31 March 2024, the Thai community in Sydney gathered for an almsgiving ceremony led by Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong, promoting Buddhism and community unity. The event included a sermon and a meditation course for local attendees.
